The Builder will receive from our Design Group a Finish Schedule and Vision Book outlining all products and any custom renderings that are approved by the Owner. We like to conduct meetings on site to discuss ideas and communicate regularly with the Builder with selection updates and approvals. Our dedication to the Builder always staying on Construction Schedule and within Budget.

Model Homes
The architecture, the interiors and the target market are just a few inspirations we draw from when we begin a Model Home project. This makes us one of the only design groups who understands every aspect of a home design. Model homes are the first and lasting impression to a potential buyer.
We begin our model home design process by first consulting with the Builder. We review the construction drawings and create a space plan of the home with a visual presentation of furniture, including paint colors and window treatments and accessories. Our design group can also assist the Builder with selecting and finalizing interior finishes for Kitchen, Bath(s), Flooring, Lighting, etc., all within construction time frames and budgets.

Buyer Selection Management
A homeowner wants to feel assured and pleased when making an important investment, such as purchasing a new home. Sometimes, a new homeowner can become frustrated and overwhelmed finalizing selections that will customize their home to reflect their personal style.
With our design groups Client Selection Management, we help make the selection of interior finishes process effortless and enjoyable for your Buyer. We will work closely with your client to manage final interior selections within the Builders construction time frame and budgets. All client selections will be tracked, organized and updated on a spreadsheet as final decisions are made, making the process for Builder and Buyer simple.
By allowing us to manage your clients selections, we open up the opportunity for Builders to focus on the most important part, which is constructing the home.
