Space Planning
All rooms are first and foremost functional spaces, in which we live, eat, entertain, sleep, read, dress, bathe etc. If the room does not meet its first critical criteria of functionality, it really won’t matter how beautiful it looks. If you have a home buyer that is having trouble visualizing how the rooms will look and feel, we can plan the space for them.
Once our designers have an idea of how the space should function, we mesh those requirements with your client’s desired aesthetic and atmosphere, to create a concept for the space.
We provide your clients with 3D renderings through 3D Viewer Models and recorded 3D walk through of the new layout. Our 3D views are designed to provide your clients with a visual of the home exactly how they envision it.

In Home Design Consultations
